WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Credit Cards and Bank Transfer.


HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?

When you have made your payments, please email us back at the receipt email that we have sent you, with the transaction details such as under which bank, under what name, and if possible with an attachment of the transaction information.


IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order, events and workshops if necessary.


HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER CODE?

Voucher codes may be entered during your check out process. Only one Voucher code may be applied per order.


THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF/ WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?

Please email hello@papersribbons.com and kindly let us know what product you are interested in, and we will be more than happy to pass along any information we have regarding stock, and if/ when it will be back on our site.


CAN PAPERS RIBBONS ASSIST MY COMPANY WITH GIFT GIVING AND BULK ORDER?

You are welcome to email hello@papersribbons.com with the details of your event or bulk order and our team will respond to you shortly regarding your request.


WHEN ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

Our amazing team is busy working hard assembling products, fulfilling orders, brainstorming new product ideas, and answering your questions Monday through Friday from 9 am – 6 pm. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays.

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Your orders will be ready to be shipped in 1-2 working days after your confirmation of payment.


WHICH SHIPPING COURIERS DO YOU USE?

We use JNE as our trusted courier.


HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Depending on your location, sometimes it can arrive the next day, and other times it will take 2-3 working days. However, JNE YES has a shorter delivery time as compared to JNE REG. You can check more on JNE delivery time on their website at www. Jne.co.id.


HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGES?

When we have delivered your package, we will notify your tracking number via email. From there, you can track your packages through JNE website by filling up the tracking number that we have provided.


CAN I SELF PICK-UP IF I LIVE IN JAKARTA AREA?

You can arrange a Gojek or your own personal courier to pick-up your items at our base in Kelapa Gading area. However, please do let us know when will you pick your items so we can get them prepared.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Exchange of items is only applicable if there are any damages to the goods when received. This exchange policy is only applicable within 2 days after you received your goods, hence please notify us immediately if you received a damage package to hello@papersribbons.com


HOW ACCURATE IS YOUR PRODUCTS COLOR RESOLUTION/ PATTERN?

Please bear in mind that photos may slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

WORKSHOP


I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL ATTENDING THE WORKSHOP / EVENT, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, all payment for the workshops or events are non-refundable.


IF I CANNOT GET A REFUND, CAN I TRANSFER MY SEAT TO MY FRIEND?

You can transfer your seat to your friend at least 1 day prior the workshop so we can make necessary preparation. Please email us at hello@papersribbons.com and let us know the details of your friend who will be attending the session.


WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP?

For calligraphy workshop, you do not have to bring anything at all. Just come and enjoy the session with us.


CAN I HAVE A PRIVATE WORKSHOP?

You can have a private workshop provided that it is with a minimum of 4 students (prices are to be confirmed). Please email us at hello@papersribbons.com to discuss further.
